cp conf/monitrc /etc/monit.conf
vim /etc/init.d/monit #below
chmod u+x /etc/init.d/monit
sudo /sbin/chkconfig --add monit
sudo chkconfig --levels 235 monit on

Then monit should start when the server restart

check process nginx with pidfile /var/run/nginx.pid
      start program = "/etc/init.d/nginx start"
      stop  program = "/etc/init.d/nginx stop"
      if failed port 80 protocol http for 2 cycles then restart
