Add certificate to JRE trusted certificates store

The default JRE store is in:

<JRE>\lib\security\cacerts

Add a certificate with keytool:

<JRE>\bin\keytool.exe -importcert -file my-cert.cer -alias 'My cert' -keystore <JRE>\lib\security\cacerts
