Sometimes you want to have a subdirectory on the master
branch be the root directory of a repository’s gh-pages
branch. This is useful for things like sites developed with Yeoman, or if you have a Jekyll site contained in the master
branch alongside the rest of your code.
For the sake of this example, let’s pretend the subfolder containing your site is named dist
.
Remove the dist
directory from the project’s .gitignore
file (it’s ignored by default by Yeoman).
Not sure if you are in the same boat as I, but I could not find any good resource out there that pulled this all together. So here is a step-by-step tutorial for creating a Node.js app from scratch, adding in Grunt and then Node-Sass. Yeah, try and find good docs on Node-Sass alone :(
Hope this is of help!
npm init
- create a clean node project"private": true,
to the package.json
so that your project is not globally distributed as a npm app/* Pre-Define HTML5 Elements in IE */ | |
(function(){ var els = "source|address|article|aside|audio|canvas|command|datalist|details|dialog|figure|figcaption|footer|header|hgroup|keygen|mark|meter|menu|nav|picture|progress|ruby|section|time|video".split('|'); for(var i = 0; i < els.length; i++) { document.createElement(els[i]); } } )(); |
Native HTML controls are a challenge to style. You can style any element in the web platform that uses Shadow DOM with a pseudo element ::pseudo-element
or the /deep/
path selector.
video::webkit-media-controls-timeline {
background-color: lime;
}
video /deep/ input[type=range] {
