- 2 Chicken breast (Diced)
- ½ Chorizo (Sliced, quartered)
- 150g Prawns
- 20 Calamari rings
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Red pepper (Chopped)
- 1 Yellow pepper (Chopped)
- 150g Peas
- 1 Litre chicken stock
- 250g Paella rice
- 1tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1tsp Ground tumeric
- 1tsp Crushed chillies
- 1tsp Paprika
- 1tsp Garlic
- Nice Bread
- Fry the onion and peppers for a few minutes until soft
- Add the chicken, chorizo for a few minutes until the chicken starts to brown
- Add in the rice, then add the garlic, crushed chillies, cayenne pepper, ground tumeric and paprika and then give it a good stir
- Add the chicken stock and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add in the peas, prawns and calamari and cook for a further 5 minutes
