• Why do you want to join Google? -- Because I want to create tools for others to learn, for free. 在bcore的开发过程中，涉及到上传文件有两个地方，一个是相册，一个是文章图文混排。这里作为一个备忘。罗列一些关键点：

文件上传的内容体在tornado.web.RequestHandler.request.files属性中，并且是以数组形式存放的。
使用临时文件存储时，在write完成后要记着把seek重置到文件头。要不然文件无法被读取。
再使用Image模块的thumbnail方法进行缩放时,resample=1作为重载渲染参数能够有效的使图片平滑，消除锯齿。

This is such a common question here and elsewhere that I will attempt to write the world's most canonical answer to this question. Hopefully in the future when someone on answers.onstartups asks how to split up the ownership of their new company, you can simply point to this answer.

The most important principle: Fairness, and the perception of fairness, is much more valuable than owning a large stake. Almost everything that can go wrong in a startup will go wrong, and one of the biggest things that can go wrong is huge, angry, shouting matches between the founders as to who worked harder, who owns more, whose idea was it anyway, etc. That is why I would always rather split a new company 50-50 with a friend than insist on owning 60% because "it was my idea," or because "I was more experienced" or anything else.
