iOS 8.2 is now available and addresses the following:
CoreTelephony
Available for: iPhone 4s and later,
iPod touch (5th generation) and later, iPad 2 and later
Impact: A remote attacker can cause a device to unexpectedly restart
Description: A null pointer dereference issue existed in
CoreTelephony's handling of Class 0 SMS messages. This issue was
addressed through improved message validation.

How much do government really spend on e-gov projects?

The original report claims that Worldwide IT spending is forecast to total $3.6 trillion in 2011. The article, being in the English language, the definition of trillion is short-scale. This means that one Trillion is 1,000,000,000,000 (one million million; 10^12; SI prefix: tera-) according to Wikipedia.

The confusion comes from the fact that there is a difference between countries that got French-heritage and English-heritage. In French speaking countries, a trillion is defined as 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 (one million million million; 10^18; SI prefix: exa-.

There are historical reasons behind this decision.

iOS 8.1 is now available and addresses the following:
Bluetooth
Available for: iPhone 4s and later,

Impact: A malicious Bluetooth input device may bypass pairing
Description: Unencrypted connections were permitted from Human
Interface Device-class Bluetooth Low Energy accessories. If an iOS
device had paired with such an accessory, an attacker could spoof the

OS X Yosemite v10.10 is now available and addresses the following:
802.1X
Impact: An attacker can obtain WiFi credentials
Description: An attacker could have impersonated a WiFi access
point, offered to authenticate with LEAP, broken the MS-CHAPv1 hash,
and used the derived credentials to authenticate to the intended
access point even if that access point supported stronger
authentication methods. This issue was addressed by disabling LEAP by
default.
