I reviewed the Tekkie Town ticketing system and identified the reason why the user is unable to see the "Complete" button or complete tickets TT01542062
and TT01541725
.
The issue is likely due to one of the following conditions:
The user trying to complete the ticket was not assigned to it.
The ticket has not yet been assigned.
