Installing and configuring dwm on OS X

Install XQuartz (http://xquartz.macosforge.org) which is the development version of the X11.app that ships with OS X, which means it is way more up to date. I have had some weird issues with X11.app v. 2.3-something. XQuartz 2.5.0 fixed that.
Install dwm from Homebrew, brew install dwm. This makes a bunch of necessary tweaks to the DWM configuration.
Add the following script to $PATH, name it dwm-launch and chmod 755:

	endless.rb is a pre-processor for ruby which allows you to use python-ish
	indentation to delimit scopes, instead of having to type 'end' every time.

	Basically, this makes the end keyword optional. If you leave off the
	end, the preprocessor inserts an end for you at the next line indented
	at or below the level of indentation of the line which started the scope.

	End is optional, so you can still write things like this:
