Graphviz

Installation

  • conda install graphviz
  • pip install graphviz
  • pip install pygraphviz
  • pip install pydot

Setup

  1. Add executables to the system path
graphviz_path = r'C:\bin\graphviz'
os.environ['PATH'] += ';' + graphviz_path
