Restart Mac OS X coreaudio daemon. Useful if you cannot change the audio output device to Airplay.

	sudo kill `ps -ax \| grep 'coreaudiod' \| grep 'sbin' \|awk '{print $1}'`
	# or...
	sudo killall coreaudiod
