This is based on the data used in 'Travel Time from York by Rail' gist here. The data is then:
- 'topo.json' is the d3.geoConicEqualArea project of Lower Layer Super Output Areas for the England and Wales; and
- 'Stations.json' created with the 'prepublish' script from 'Stations_HW_AM.ndjson' to create an travel-time-in-minutes 'json' object with a key by UK rail-station CRS
