USB-C 電源アダプタで Mac ノートブックが充電されない場合
Mac ノートブックコンピュータに付属している USB-C 電源アダプタで、充電しなくなる、熱を帯びる、火花が散るなどの症状が見られる場合の対処法をご案内します。

Mac ノートブックコンピュータには USB-C 電源アダプタと充電ケーブルが付属しています。他社製の電源アダプタで問題が起きている場合は、代わりに、Mac ノートブックに付属していた Apple 製の電源アダプタとケーブルを使ってみてください。

Mac に付属しているのが USB-C - MagSafe 3 ケーブルである場合は、MagSafe 対応のケーブルや電源アダプタが機能しない場合の対処法をこちらの記事でご確認ください。

Use and store your device in these temperatures
Use iOS and iPadOS devices where the ambient temperature is between 0º and 35º C (32º to 95º F). Low- or high-temperature conditions might cause your device to change its behavior to regulate its temperature. Using an iOS or iPadOS device in very hot conditions can permanently shorten battery life.

Store your device where the temperature is between -20º and 45º C (-4º to 113º F). Don’t leave your device in your car, because temperatures in parked cars can exceed this range.

If your device gets too warm or too cold, certain features might become temporarily disabled. In extreme conditions, your device might become temporarily disabled.

Macの画面をロックすると、ロック画面に「この画面は監視されています」というメッセージが表示される場合があります。このメッセージは、次のような状況で表示される場合があります。

ソフトウェアを使って、画面のコンテンツを別のデバイスと共有またはミラーリングしている場合。たとえば、ビデオ会議アプリで画面共有機能を使っていたり、AirPlayなどのソフトウェアを使って外部ディスプレイやテレビに画面を表示していたり、画面共有、Apple Remote Desktop、その他のVNCアプリなどのソフトウェアを使って別のデバイスからMacにリモートアクセスできるようにしたりしている場合。

ビデオ会議アプリ、画面キャプチャアプリ、または Macに内蔵の画面収録機能など、画面を収録するソフトウェアを使っている場合。

ソフトウェアを特定できない場合や、ソフトウェアの画面共有または画面収録機能をうまくコントロールできない場合は、以下の解決策をお試しください。
