Run commands on remote Docker host

This is how to connect to another host with your docker client, without modifying your local Docker installation or when you don't have a local Docker installation.

Enable Docker Remote API

First be sure to enable the Docker Remote API on the remote host.

This can easily be done with a container.
For HTTP connection use jarkt/docker-remote-api.

Reason 1: Force Stopped

When an app is in a "Force Stopped" state most events including FCM/GCM messages for push notifications will not be received.

An app can be placed in this state in the following ways.

From Settings > Apps, "Force Stop" is pressed.
Long pressing the back button on some devices.
Using a 3rd party task killer like Greenify.
App is closed on a Huawei or Xiaomi device due their custom Android tweaks.

Virtual hosts

Let's say you want to host domains first.com and second.com.

Create folders for their files:
