Redactle Unlimited Translations

How to contribute

There are two components to translating redactle

  • Translations for elements on the page (buttons, help text etc). Use english.txt as the starting point and translate the text inside the second pair of double-quotes on each line. Alternatively if you prefer a spreadsheet you can use this Google Sheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19XFUYKUyJGwfxS33kQOsJNOfTk9yAzu6KQrHNft5f70/edit#gid=0
  • The list of un-redacted words. These need to be as similar as possible to the english unredacted words. Use the stopwords in every language file as a starting point, copy your language's stop words from there and remove stuff that shouldn't be there like pronouns (he, him).

Send the data back to me in a new gist, or whatever medium suits you.

NZ Income Tax Formula/Function for Google Sheets

Google sheets functions for calculating NZ income tax paid by individuals on salary/wages etc. Years ending 2025 (FY25) and 2026 (FY26) are supported. It has been tested against the IRD calculator for salaries of $50k and $200k.

  1. From your Google Sheet click Extensions-> Apps Scripts (https://developers.google.com/apps-script/guides/sheets/functions)
