Last active February 20, 2025 09:55
Create a bookmark and paste the code from `grab links.bookmarklet` into the url. Trigger it on a page containing links you want to save and then click the section of the page containing the links. A Markdown list of all links will be generated, and clicking the resulting list will select all for copying.

Last active August 31, 2018 06:02
This script translates simple Markdown outlines into formatted numeral outlines. This script works from the clipboard, so it is totally application agnostic. This newest version allows for Outline Text along with your Markdown outline items and allows you to use any Markdown symbol for your outline ("*", "-", etc.)

Moves files to folders based on special tags in OS X Mavericks
#!/usr/bin/env ruby
# encoding: utf-8
# tag primary folders =Tagname
# target them with #Tagname
# tag subfolders with @nickname
# target them with :nickname
# if no tagged folder exists but there's a matching folder name, that's used
# otherwise it will create folders based on :tags
# :tags can be strung together :bt:Drafts:testing for nesting
# Only one #Tag and one :path should exist in a file's tags

This script looks for text files in a specific folder that include completed tasks ('@done') and timestamps, and then collects them into a daily log for the Day One journaling application. It works especially well when it's connected to IFTTT. See more details at http://craigeley.com/tagged/sifttter

# SIFTTTER 1.5: An IFTTT-to-Day One Logger by Craig Eley 2014 <http://craigeley.com>
# Based on tp-dailylog.rb by Brett Terpstra 2012 <http://brettterpstra.com>
# Multiple Date Function by Paul Hayes 2014 <http://paulrhayes.com>
#
# Notes:
# * Uses `mdfind` to locate a specific folder of IFTTT-generated text files changed in the last day
# * The location of your folder should be hardcoded in line 67, and the location of your Day One in line 66
# * Scans leading timestamps in each line matching the selected dates
# * Does not alter text files in any way

A quick fix for DropboxSync to stop it crashing in Pythonista 1.4 when trying to write to Inbox by forcing it not to write to Inbox. There are probably more elegant solutions...
