Theme for terminals that use xterm-256color.

This is a theme that will apply a color scheme to the ls command, and an optional command to apply a color scheme to the shell, and format the PS1. This will apply system-wide (user can override).

After applying, you either need to log out and log back in, or run source /etc/bash.bashrc to apply the changes.
