How to install virtualenv:

Install pip first

sudo apt-get install python3-pip

Then install virtualenv using pip3

sudo pip3 install virtualenv

make sure your system is upgraded by typing these comments

sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade

Next, install the default GCC toolchain with:

sudo apt install build-essential
