From here on out, use Package Control to install everything. ⌘+Shift+P, then type Install to get a list of installable packages you can 'livesearch through. After installing plugins, they should be running.

Often times, due to design decisions, a placeholder is used to replace a more semantic label element. Unfortunately, accessible placeholder browser support isn't complete and placeholder often lack sufficient color contrast.
