Creating PDF thumbnails in PHP

Install Ghostscript

Download and install right version of ghostscript. In my case my PHP was x86 architecture, so I download Ghostscript 9.14 for Windows (32 bit).

Enable ImageMagick

1. Create a new directory;

mkdir Apple\ Enterprise
cd Apple\ Enterprise

2. Generate a certificate signing request

openssl req -nodes -newkey rsa:2048 -keyout ios_enterprise.key -out CertificateSigningRequest.certSigningRequest

To remove a submodule you need to:

• Delete the relevant section from the .gitmodules file.
• Stage the .gitmodules changes git add .gitmodules
• Delete the relevant section from .git/config.
• Run git rm --cached path_to_submodule (no trailing slash).
• Run rm -rf .git/modules/path_to_submodule (no trailing slash).
• Commit git commit -m "Removed submodule "
• Delete the now untracked submodule files rm -rf path_to_submodule
