A menos que entres con Internet Explorer...

Para hacer el trámite en Chrome, Firefox o cualquier browser decente:

- Entrá con tu clave fiscal
- Abrí la aplicación de "Monotributo"
- Ignorá el formulario y abrí la siguiente URL:

      rake db:create , command I get:
