CustomScript that is enabled for tables. Afterwards, you can right click a table in ObjectExplorer, 
select SSMSTools -> Run Custom Scripts -> [Name you gave to the script], and it will generate 
this script but with the proper object names replaced. Then run the script to generate the 
SQL script for table and trigger creation. For best results, set SSMS to display results as text.

Also, in order for the script to work your table should have a primary key defined.
