Ruby: The future of frozen string literals

What is a literal?

In programming languages, literals are textual representations of values in the source code. This is a syntactical concept.

Some examples:

7 # integer literal
@fxn
fxn / foo.cr
Last active May 10, 2024 20:36
# crystal build foo.cr --release
# ./foo 37.7749 -122.4194 34.0522 -118.2437
#
# Around 0.08s.
