Additional info to Dan Stowell's fantastic post about building supercollider.

Note: This are the steps I made to build the binaries based on that post.

Docker + Debian

To make things simple, created a very simple Debian image based on "stable" with the necessary dependencies to properly build the .deb files. See Dockerfile.

Converting Audio into Different Formats / Sample Rates

Minimal example: transcode from MP3 to WMA:
ffmpeg -i input.mp3 output.wma

You can get the list of supported formats with:

OEmbed Liquid Tag for Jekyll

This is a simple liquid tag that helps to easily embed images, videos or slides from OEmbed enabled providers. It uses Magnus Holm's great oembed gem which connects to the OEmbed endpoint of the link's provider and retrieves the HTML code to embed the content properly (i.e. an in-place YouTube player, Image tag for Flickr, in-place slideshare viewer etc.). By default it supports the following OEmbed providers (but can fallback to Embed.ly or OoEmbed for other providers):

Qik

Hulu
Vimeo
