  • オンプレでは一度作った環境を更新/改修する事はリスクを含んでいた
• PRD環境/STG環境は直接操作しない
  • CI/CDフローを作り込む事でPRD環境/STG環境に触れなくて良くなった
  • CI/CDフローを作り込む事で環境の変更が容易になり『急ぎだからこれは手でやってしまおう』といった事が無くなる
• 自身の守備範囲を広くする意識を持つ
  • 自身が関連するシステムではgithubのPRをレビューする事が多いので『何が追加されたか？』『コードはどこにあるか？』等を確認する
• オンプレではマネージドサービスが無いため各分野に『専門性』があり、業務的に分離されてる事が多かった
