Title

Seems a little bit broad. Is the paper a survey? I might mention that in the title.

Abstract

This is probably a stylstic opinion on my part, but I wouldn't start an abstract with "This presentation discusses...". It's implicit in the abstract that you are giving an overview of the presentation, you needn't explicitly state it :)

Outline

I'm a big fan of this breakdown. Looks good to me.

Bibliography

Looks good, lots of sources that appear relevant.
