Final setup should consists of:
- NGINX (reverse proxy & static contents)
- Supports SSL (Let's Encrypt).
- Supports multiple domains, 1 IP.
- Apache 2.4 (Dynamic content: PHP)
- PHP 7.1
- MariaDB 10.1

now works on the latest Amazon Linux 2. The instructions below may still be relevant depending on the vintage AMI you are using.
