Requirements

USB Overdrive
A non-Apple keyboard with media keys (or keys you want to make "media" keys). For reference, I'm using a Microsoft Sidewinder X4

Set Up

Plug in your keyboard and install USB Overdrive.
Open USB Overdrive. Click into the Settings tab.
Click the dropdown and select "Any Keyboard, Any Application"

Each of these commands will run an ad hoc http static server in your current (or specified) directory, available at http://localhost:8000. Use this power wisely.

$ python -m SimpleHTTPServer 8000

RVM to rbenv

Why? @sstephenson explains it best here.

1) remove RVM from your system

This should get rid of the rvm dir and any installed rubies:
