Android Dex Method Count more sophisticated scripts that gives you method cound by package @JakeWharton https://gist.github.com/JakeWharton/6002797 and @tsmith https://gist.github.com/tyvsmith/6056422
You can add this to your shell profile and then use it as dexcount file.
This file should have a classes.dex in order to work, that means it has to be a android lib project or android apk.

A SimpleSectionedRecyclerViewAdapter: use this class to realize a simple sectioned `RecyclerView.Adapter`.

You can use this class to realize a simple sectioned RecyclerView.Adapter without changing your code.

The RecyclerView should use a LinearLayoutManager. You can use this code also with the TwoWayView with the ListLayoutManager (https://github.com/lucasr/twoway-view)

This is a porting of the class SimpleSectionedListAdapter provided by Google

How effectively delete a git submodule.

To remove a submodule you need to:

  • Delete the relevant section from the .gitmodules file.
  • Stage the .gitmodules changes git add .gitmodules
  • Delete the relevant section from .git/config.
  • Run git rm --cached path_to_submodule (no trailing slash).
  • Run rm -rf .git/modules/path_to_submodule (no trailing slash).
  • Commit git commit -m "Removed submodule "
  • Delete the now untracked submodule files rm -rf path_to_submodule

With the new theming in AppCompat, a lot of assets are tinted automatically for you via theme attributes. That has often led me to wonder "where the hell did this color come from?" You can replace your normal theme with this debug theme to help figure out the source of that color.
<!-- You can change the parent around to whatever you normally use -->
<style name="DebugColors" parent="Theme.AppCompat">
