Using pkgutils

Steps

SSH into the proxmox server
Remove the offending certificate in /etc/pve/local (e.g. pveproxy-ssl.pem)
Run pvecm updatecerts --force
Restart pveproxy systemctl restart pveproxy
Refresh the web UI in the browser
