Updating DecafMUD for the Discworld.

Updating DecafMUD

FullCafMUD, DiscMUD, DiscMUDClient, AtuinClient, MendedDrumClient, TeleMUD

Research

  • Here is some original, old school version of DecafMUD
  • DecafMUD - original home page
  • The live client at starturtle.net uses Websockets and Flash.
  • Grab Wireshark to sniff out what is being sent to/from the client during the game.

Fremont Diner Buttermilk Biscuits Recipe

Buttermilk Biscuits

Makes 12 2 ½” biscuits

This is a recipe for fluffy biscuits, not flakey. They are best straight out of the oven with butter or jam. Always make extra, they are great split, buttered, and griddled for breakfast sandwiches. We use a food processor to mix the butter and flour. You can use your hands or a fork but using the food processor helps to keep the butter cold which will help make tender biscuits (and it is much faster & more uniform).

Equipment

  • food processor
  • 2 ½” round biscuit cutter

A Plan for Making Fermented Hot Sauce from Mash (not Brine)

A Plan for making Fermented Hot Sauce from Mash

This recipe will follow the mash method, as opposed to the brine method for making hot sauce. Now, Sriracha is the ultimate goal here, and I know they use brine. But I don't like the idea of wasting the brine. Also, I think the brine approach will fumigate the entire house during the bottling step, and I don't want my housemates to hate me.

1. Acquire Peppers

Duh, right?

Ideally, grow your own. THAT would be cool.

Discworld MUD Creator Cards

SPOILERS

This is not an exhaustive list. These are just the cards I have seen.

Anni

This is a Creator Collector Card. It has a plain crispy burnt black

border around the edge and a small picture of Anni on it.
