Setting up Simplemenu

In order to get everything to work, first we need to set up Simplemenu as intended, let me give you a summary:

First of all, I would like to mention and thank these two guides that made this whole thing possible: [1] and [2] below.

Follow these instructions for an easy way to get up and going quickly! These are complete instructions, and will be the easiest way to get started on a new RG35XX.

Set up SD Card

Get a high quality SD (e.g. SanDisk Extreme) card, 128GB or larger, 256GB is recommended. Don't skimp here, they're cheap, and don't use the card that comes with the RG35XX as it's crap.

Works for Thinkpad X1 Yoga 2G (20JDCTO1WW) (and most probably others) with OLED display

First install inotify-tools. Then create a script around inotify that will be launched upon each boot or through autostart.
