How to remove hide the select arrow in Firefox using `-moz-appearance:none;`

TL;DR (or, the fix)

Set -moz-appearance to none. This will "reset" the styling of the element;
Set text-indent to 0.01px. This will "push" the text a tiny bit^[1] to the right;

Converting libraries to Ember CLI addons

In this guide we will cover two main cases:

Ember specific library
vendor library

Ember library

The Ember library will assume that Ember has already ben loaded (higher in the loading order) and thus will assume it has access to the Ember API.

My notes for Dokku on Digital Ocean.

These may be a bit outdated: Since I originally wrote them, I've reinstalled on a newer Dokku and may not have updated every section below.

Commands

Install dokku-cli (gem install dokku-cli) for a more Heroku-like CLI experience (dokku config:set FOO=bar).
