| ข้อ 11. การขยายเวลาปฏิบัติงานตามสัญญา | |
| ในกรณีที่มีเหตุสุดวิสัย หรือเหตุใด ๆ อันเนื่องมาจากความผิดหรือความบกพร่องของฝ่ายลูกค้าหรือพฤติการณ์อันหนึ่งอันใด ที่นักพัฒนาไม่ต้องรับผิดตามกฎหมาย ทำให้นักพัฒนาไม่สามารถทำงานให้แล้วเสร็จตามเงื่อนไขและกำหนดเวลา นักพัฒนาต้องแจ้งเหตุหรือพฤติการณ์ดังกล่าวพร้อมหลักฐานเป็นหนังสือให้ลูกค้าทราบเพื่อขอขยายเวลาทำงานออกไป ภายใน 15 (สิบห้า) วัน นับถัดจากวันที่เกิดเหตุนั้น | |
| หรือ ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าไม่ส่งข้อมูลสำคัญจำเป็นสำหรับการทำเว็บไซต์ เช่น ข้อมูลรูปภาพ วิดีโอ หรือ ข้อความต่างๆบนเว็บไซต์ ให้ถือเป็นเหตุสำคัญอันจะทำให้การพัฒนาโปรแกรมล่าช้า โดยมิใช่ความผิดของนักพัฒนา และให้ระยะเวลาการส่งมอบที่กำหนดไว้ใน เอกสารภาคพนวก 1 ต้องขยายออกไป และให้นักพัฒนาร่วมกับลูกค้าแก้ไขปัญหานี้โดยการร่วมกันเจรจาและตกลงกำหนดระยะเวลาการส่งมอบงานขึ้นใหม่ | |
