Serve static pages from minio through caddy

This is in responce to this ticket: ecosystem: Add a caddy plugin to serve static files from Minio server. · Issue #3161 · minio/minio

Note: caddy can't errors from reverse proxy (i.e. 404, 500, etc) as of v0.11.1

Assumptions:

Allows to create TODOs for a small group of users.

Tasks can have on of the following states:

TODO -- to be done
DONE -- done
CANCELED -- nothing was done and not going to be done
WAITING -- cannot be started and waits for something

Filter Phish

This Google Apps Scripts filter will automatically move all future emails with the header X-PHISHTEST to trash.

Getting started

Go to Google Apps Script
Add a new script and copy paste the content from the sibling file
Test run the script, go to View in the menu bar and click Logs

If there's no errors it should be blank, OR a verbose message that it removed a phishing email.

	This gist I write, because I couldn't find step by step instructions
	how to install and start postgresql locally (using conda within a conda environment - with the result
	that you can run it without sudo/admin rights on your machine!)
	and not globally in the operating system (which requires sudo/admin rights on that machine).

	I hope, this will help especially people new to postgresql (and those who don't have sudo/admin rights on a specific machine but want
	to run postgresql there)!
