#Fixed bugs

1. Searching - there's fixed but in the regular-expression [a-zA-Z], now it's [a-zA-Zабвг...]
2. Searching - when special characters were added in the search box an error occurs because in any reason allWords becomes null [and respectively I get NullPointerException (or it's equivalence in C#)].
3. URL rewrite - many bugs here...Mainly connected with the paging
4. Stored procedure - NVARCHAR <-> VARCHAR - in the product edition
5. Full-text search
6. Payment errors (true || ...
7. Comments - the feature about adding comments was broken I've fixed it by adding stored procedure...and something I cant remember
8. I added rating select box (it's from the comments section)
