Prerequisites

In this article, I will share some of my experience on installing NVIDIA driver and CUDA on Linux OS. Here I mainly use Ubuntu as example. Comments for CentOS/Fedora are also provided as much as I can.

Ubuntu 16.04 Developer Tools Installation

First things first !

sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade

Standard Developer Tools

sudo apt-get install build-essential git

How to install Laravel in Ubuntu 16.10

Open your terminal using Ctrl+Alt+T and type the following commands

##Step 1: Update & Upgrade

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

First install Brew on your MAC

Setup Brew: ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)"
brew update
brew tap homebrew/dupes
brew tap homebrew/php
Install PHP 7.0.+ brew install php70
Install mcrypt: brew install mcrypt php70-mcrypt
Finally, install composer: brew install composer
