Allow remote connection

1) As root user execute (replace password)
```
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'root'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'password';
```
2) In file /etc/mysql/mariadb.conf.d/50-server.cnf comment line
```
#bind-address = 127.0.0.1 
```
