Generate ssl certificates with Subject Alt Names on OSX

Open ssl.conf in a text editor.

Edit the domain(s) listed under the [alt_names] section so that they match the local domain name you want to use for your project, e.g.

DNS.1   = my-project.dev

We installed these open source services/tools as a part of the ethical network. We spent some time getting these two up and running on a single Ubuntu server (which is ideal if you are just starting up) using Docker. We wanted to share these codes so that others can benefit. Pre-requisites

A machine running Ubuntu 18.04 that you have root access to
with Docker Engine and Docker Compose installed
Domain names (or subdomains) for the Mastodon and Shlink instances pointing to this machine.
An e-mail delivery service or other SMTP server.
