Useful Scripts

http://gist.github.com/278801 - updates vendor/rails and then bundles gems (requires rvm) run it from rails_root, but leave it in bin/update.rb

Bundler Issues

If you're bundling rails, and not wanting to test mysql or postgresql, then run gem bundle --only default - it will skip mysql and postgres
