Compiling Boost for Android

1. Download Boost and cd to base directory.

2. Create Android toolchains for desired architectures by running a script as below:

   NDK=/opt/android-sdk/ndk-bundle/
   TOOLCHAINS="$PWD/toolchains/"

rm -rf $TOOLCHAINS
