- download cmake and install it
- download ninja and install it
- download Visual Studio Community 2022
- install Visual Studio Community 2022 with the "Desktop development with C++ item", ensuring "Windows 10.0.18362.0 SDK" is selected
- download latest pre-built skia library (aseprite branch)
