###Objective:

Nubity seeks for a proactive DevOps Engineer with great communication skills, to develop himself as a Technical Account Manager for our tier-1 customers at Nubity. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be 100% focused on the customer, understanding their needs and requirements, plus anticipating future trends that will serve their needs. You will also be excellent at driving results, being able to coordinate large, multi-functional projects on time, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade offs, and balance business needs against technical constraints.

Nubity está en la búsqueda de un DevOps para sumarse al equipo. Estará a cargo del soporte e implementación para varios clientes: desde la arquitectura, diseño, hasta la implementación técnica. La búsqueda se orienta a perfiles con sólido background en Linux y cloud.

###Responsabilidades:

Soporte a las operaciones de los clientes, asistir a los clientes desde la ingeniería hasta el soporte. Será responsable de llevar al cliente al siguiente nivel.
Se capaz de manejar y liderar implementaciones complejas de forma autonoma y secuenciar las tareas a realizar.
Mantener la infraestructura segura, siendo a su vez productiva.
Mejorar y mantener el sistema de monitoreo y de backups.
Participar en las guardias rotativas (1 semana cada 2 meses)
