Things I had to do using Homebrew to get my local web dev environment back up and running after migration to OSX Sierra + Xcode 8.1.
Note: I used brew reinstall because I had already installed most of this previously under Yosemite. Probably better ways to do this, but this is what worked for me.

If you're manipulating files stored on a remote machine, such as ARCUS or ARCHER supercomputers, you can mount the remote file system and interact with the files as if they were stored on your own machine. This makes viewing, editing, and opening files in software on your computer a breeze.
To do this on OSX, first ensure you have homebrew installed.
If brew is not recognised in Terminal, run

ℹ️ Enable iCloud end-to-end encryption:
System settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Set Advanced Data Protection to On.System settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Disable Access iCloud Data on the Web.
