Get a qcow2 image from here: https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/releases/16.04/release/
Convert it with qemu-img
Resize it (we'll add 50GB). This will be a "thin" resize.

Create and enable swapfile:

sudo fallocate -l 2G /swapfile
sudo chmod 600 /swapfile
sudo mkswap /swapfile
sudo swapon /swapfile
sudo cp /etc/fstab /etc/fstab.bak
