The code to show the update list does not work in the Internet Archive, so I have extracted the list below.

Updated to reflect that West Yorkshire will move to 'local COVID alert level: very high' from 2 November; and that the following areas will move to 'local COVID alert level: high' from 31 October: Amber Valley, Bolsover, Luton, Cannock Chase, Carlisle, Charnwood, Derby City, Derbyshire Dales, Dudley, East Riding of Yorkshire, East Staffordshire, all wards in High Peak, Kingston upon Hull, Lichfield, Newcastle-under-Lyme, North East Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, Oxford City, Peak District National Park, South Derbyshire, South Staffordshire, Stafford Borough, Staffordshire Moorlands, Tamworth, and Telford and Wrekin.
