RTX 3060Tiに合うパーツを見繕って、自作PCのパーツ構成案を考えてください。もし構成を考えるための追加情報が必要なら、その都度私に言ってください。

用途: 深層学習アプリケーションの開発、生成AI・イラストAIのローカル運用、軽いゲームプレイが主目的です。3DCGレンダリングにも使うかもしれませんが、私はまだ3DCG初心者なので、プロフェッショナルなレンダリング用途に最適化する必要はありません。WindowsとLinuxを入れて、デュアルブート運用したいです。
予算: できれば10万円以内、オーバーしたとしても13万円程度に収めてください。これは必須です。3060Tiはすでに所有していますので、この予算はグラフィックボード以外のパーツに全て使って構いません。モニターやキーボードもすでに所有しています。
CPU: Intel, AMDにこだわりはありません。
その他: 自室の机の下に置く予定なので、コンパクトなケースのほうが良いです。しかし、後からパーツを換装・追加できるようにもしておきたいので、小さすぎるケースではいけません。RGBにはこだわりはありません。
