To make rerocess! work add these lines to your Gemfile. Try to add paperclip specific version compatible cocaine gem version. For my case those were below:

gem "paperclip", "~> 3.0.4" gem 'cocaine', '0.3.1'

Also run this command in your console

gem install rmagick
