Some files placed into the iCloud Drive folder on macOS. Do not get uploaded. Some of these are by algorithm. However, some of these are due to size restrictions or other unknown criteria. These files may be noticed in the Finder As being "ineligible for icon drive" or with other labels. Occasionally, these files may be hanging the iCloud Drive upload process.
