Попробовал завести модуль WS217 (чипсет RTL8811) на Raspberry Pi Zero W.
По умолчанию образ Raspbian OS Stretch (kernel 4.14.52+) не поддерживает драйвера для этого модуля.
Использовал драйвера с github:
