To create an anchor to a heading in github flavored markdown.
Add - characters between each word in the heading and wrap the value in parens (#some-markdown-heading)
so your link should look like so:
[create an anchor](#anchors-in-markdown)
Locate the section for your github remote in the .git/config
file. It looks like this:
[remote "origin"]
fetch = +refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/origin/*
url = [email protected]:joyent/node.git
Now add the line fetch = +refs/pull/*/head:refs/remotes/origin/pr/*
to this section. Obviously, change the github url to match your project's URL. It ends up looking like this:
Increases indentation on the file tree and adds some lines to each directory/file.
Works 15 levels deep, but you can expand it by just adding more of each line thats repeating, i.e.:
(n*-20px) 0 0 0 rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.4)
